Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms govern the use of PolyglotMedia ("the Application"), developed and operated by Kinn Media Produções e Serviços Digitais LTDA, a company incorporated in Brazil under company registration (CNPJ) 62.616.405/0001-06 ("Kinn Media", "we"), for the production and scheduled publishing of video content to social media accounts owned by the company.

2. Who may use the Application

The Application is internal software, restricted to authorised personnel of Kinn Media. There is no public registration, no commercial version and no publishing service offered to third parties. Use by any unauthorised person is prohibited.

3. Connected accounts

The operator may connect only accounts that Kinn Media owns or lawfully administers. By connecting an account, the operator confirms they are authorised to publish to it and accepts responsibility for the content submitted.

4. Content

• All published content is produced by Kinn Media, which owns or licenses the rights to the images, audio and text involved.
• Published content must comply with the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines of each destination platform, including those of TikTok.
• The Application must not be used for spam, misleading content, third-party material used without permission, or any practice that breaches platform rules.
• The Application has no capability to download, scrape or repost content belonging to other users.

5. Use of platform APIs

The Application uses the official APIs of TikTok (Login Kit and Content Posting API), Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, within the scopes authorised, the rate limits published, and the developer policies of each platform. No attempt is made to circumvent technical limits or to obtain data beyond what has been authorised.

6. Availability

The Application is provided "as is". Kinn Media does not warrant continuous availability, freedom from errors, or the success of any given publication, which may be rejected by a destination platform according to that platform's own criteria.

7. Limitation of liability

As internal software with no external users, the Application creates no liability on the part of Kinn Media towards third parties in respect of its operation. Publishing failures are handled internally by the company's own team.

8. Suspension and termination

Kinn Media may disable the Application or disconnect any account at any time. Connected platforms may likewise revoke access, as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated. The version in force is always the one published on this page, bearing the date shown above.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the district of Kinn Media's registered office shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
