Privacy Policy
This policy describes how the PolyglotMedia application handles data accessed through the APIs of the platforms it connects to — TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.

1. Nature of the application
PolyglotMedia is internal software. It runs on the operator's own machine and publishes exclusively to profiles of the Receitaria Curiosa brand, owned by Kinn Media. We do not offer registration, accounts or services to external users, and we do not process third-party personal data.
2. Data the application accesses
When an account is authorised through TikTok's Login Kit, the application receives and stores:

The short-lived access token (valid 24 hours) is generated for each publication and
never written to disk. The permissions requested are limited to
user.info.basic and video.publish. Equivalent minimal credentials
are stored for Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
3. Data the application does NOT access
- We do not read videos, comments, messages or data belonging to other users.
- We do not collect follower lists, contacts or audience information.
- We do not access device location, contacts or browsing data.
- We use no cookies and no tracking of any kind on this website.
4. Published content
All published videos are produced by Kinn Media. During production the file is processed by transcription, translation and speech synthesis services we contract, always before any contact with a social platform API. Those services receive the company's own video content — never credentials or account data from any platform.
5. Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share with third parties any data obtained through platform APIs. The data is used solely to perform the publication authorised by the account holder.
6. Retention and deletion
Credentials are retained while the account remains connected to the application. Removing the channel through the PolyglotMedia panel deletes the corresponding record — including the encrypted credential — from the local database immediately.
7. Revoking access
Authorisation may be withdrawn at any time from TikTok itself, under Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions. Revocation invalidates the credential immediately and the application loses its ability to publish. The same applies to Facebook, Instagram and YouTube through their respective connected-applications screens.
8. Security
Credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Communication with platform APIs takes place exclusively over HTTPS. Access to the application is restricted to the operator's machine, which is protected by operating-system authentication. Passwords for connected platforms are never requested, received or stored.
9. Changes to this policy
Material changes will be published on this page, with the date at the top updated accordingly.
